Published poem: Poetry meets Science
I am very proud to be included in Issue 12 of Consilience, an online journal that explores the spaces where the sciences and the arts meet. The theme of this issue is Struggle. The journal is peer reviewed by a team of volunteers. My poem was selected as an editor’s pick.

More ice bathing
I have completed an entire winter season of ice bathing. I walked into a cold lake for the first time in January of 2022 and hated everything about it. In my blog post for querenciapress.com Instagram @querenciapress I write about how the @hellokoo.co poetry prompt „adventure“ led me to ice bathing. I returned in late summer and went back dozens of times, sometimes on my own, sometimes with a group. I have shared several poems about my ice bathing journey. My haibun poetry series was published in the Querencia Press Winter 2023 Anthology.
I can’t seem to want to let go of this topic. Here is a Spring Ballad, also available as a short video here
