published, published, published
proud to see three of my recent poems featured in three beautiful spaces
F*ck the Patriarchy: a poetry anthology
Enough
Enough
I’m not
your girl
or our girl
or the office girl
I have not been a girl
in years
and I was never
yours
I do not
make coffee
or take notes
or write memos
just because
I’m a woman
under 25
in an office
full of men
I wish
I would have said that
then
instead
I made coffee
took notes
wrote memos
went along on business trips
to negotiate contracts
and was
the only one
who spoke the local language
and laughed
when my bosses
needed me desperately
to tell them
what they were signing
