Summer Monoku Challenge
Shane Coppage and I appreciate monokus and would like to invite you to share your one line, 11 words or less monoku with a summer theme. For those that may not be familiar with or have not written a monoku before, a monoku is a haiku written as a single horizontal line.
Prompt this week:
“In summer I eat“
You can use the prompt as a starting point and see where it takes you or just have fun and do your own thing.
Share your monoku and remember to tag us Mirjam @mirjamwrites and Shane @shane_coppage and use #augustmonokuchallenge or post in the comments below.
We will share one prompt each week in August and will share your poems in our stories.
